El día de hoy anunciaron a los nominados para la 78ª edición de los Golden Globe Awards, que celebran lo mejor del cine y la televisión. Las nominaciones fueron presentadas por Sarah Jessica Parker (Sex and the City) y Taraji P. Henson (Empire), donde Netflix lideró con la película "Mank" de David Fincher logrando seis nominaciones al cine y con "The Crown" encabezando todas las series de televisión, seguidas por la serie de comedia "Schitt's Creek" y la película "The Trial of the Chicago 7" de Aaron Sorkin con cinco. El universo de Star Wars no se podía quedar fuera con “The Mandalorian”, quien obtuvo una nominación para Mejor Serie dramática.
La Asociación de Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood, conformada por 90 periodistas que representan más de 55 países y medios de comunicación fue la encargada de elegir a los nominados, y seleccionará a los ganadores que conoceremos el próximo 28 de febrero.
